- All incoming documents are scanned to PDF
files with double sides, color capability at speed of 30
pages / minute
- All PDF files are searchable, and are
stored on the shared folders at Microsoft Small Business
Server 2003 with daily backup.
- Microsoft Fax server will handle incoming
and outgoing fax, and routs incoming fax to your office
shared public folder in your Outlook, and you can fax from
your desktop.
- Outlook becomes a unified messaging
center for all voice mail, email, and fax messages. You can
store all these messages from /to your clients into shared
public folders in Outlook visible to all your staff
